Maintenance

Ensuring the coils and ducts are clean and obstruction free will keep everything running smoothly. Inspecting the electrical wiring for erosion or damage, misfire or just wear over time will keep the system, and your home, safe. So, if you're in need of a full system maintenance, look no further. An experienced team member will come by and give your system its very own spa day! This service includes:



• A full electrical inspection of the major components of your system such as the blower motor, fan motor, contactors, capacitors, panels, wiring and breakers to determine their state and integrity.
• Cleaning of air handler and removal of debris from the unit, in place outdoor condenser coil cleaning, drain pan inspection and treatment, as well as inspection of refrigeration lines.
• Inspection of air flow both indoor and outdoor, duct system including ducts, return, supply, duct connections.
• Inspection of filters and replacement if needed.
• Flush and vacuum of drain line as well as a treatment if needed to ensure the condensation line is flowing properly.
• Refrigerant pressure check to ensure they are at proper levels. 

Cleaning

Keeping a system and its components clean is one of the best ways to ensure efficiency, longevity AND the cleanliness of the air you breathe in. Day to day life, such as pets, coming in and out of the house and normal dust/debris can enter a system and accumulate in your ducts, in the blower fan and the air handler itself. This not only makes the system work harder but it also keeps circulating this air full of microparticles. In this process we use industrial grade cleansers that are sprayed and sit on the components and then are wiped down, as well as send duct sanitizing fog into the duct system. Not only do we handle routine cleanings, we also take on mold remediation on air handlers and blower motors which is an extensive service to salvage and renew units that have been affected by mildew or mold. If you've never had your system cleaned or are past due for another, we've got you covered. And with either membership plan, you get one of these cleanings a year as part of our family!
